The horn is the general term of all kinds of ultrasonic launch terminals. Its functionis to make ultrasonic which is produced from transducer to couple the processedobject. Because it must transmit the ultrasonic, therefore the horn certainlycan work in the resonance condition, namely its periodic resonance frequencymust match with the oscillator. Next is the oscillation amplitude must be even,the end surface shape must adapt by the welding tool shape.
